Ten People Injured as Russian Forces Target Zlatopil in Kharkiv Region
Russian forces launched a missile strike against the city of Zlatopil in the Lozova district of the Kharkiv region on the morning of December 10, as reported by head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Oleh Syniehubov.
Ten people were injured in the attack, among them two men aged 49 and 59 and two women between the ages of 29 and 62. Eight of the injured were hospitalized.
The strike damaged an administrative building, several non-residential buildings and civilian vehicles.
Earlier that morning, Russian forces conducted drone strikes on the Kharkiv region’s Rizdvyane and Kutkivka villages as well as the Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi settlement.
Earlier, Russian forces attempted five assaults on fortified Ukrainian positions near Hlyboke and Vovchansk in the Kharkiv sector and Lozova and Zahryzove in the Kupiansk sector, all of which were repelled by Ukrainian forces.
On December 4, 2024, the Russian military launched an attempt to break through into the city of Kupiansk. The assault was successfully repelled by Ukrainian forces, according to Andrii Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation, who shared the information on his Telegram channel.
