President-elect Donald Trump is reportedly preparing to appoint a special envoy to lead peace negotiations aimed at ending Russia’s war against Ukraine, according to multiple sources cited by Fox News Digital on November 13.
“You’re going to see a very senior special envoy, someone with significant credibility, tasked with finding a resolution and reaching a peace settlement,” a source told Fox News, hinting that the appointment will be announced soon.
Previously, Trump’s press secretary, Karoline Leavitt, stated that after his election win on November 6, President-elect Donald Trump plans to bring Ukraine and Russia to the negotiating table on his first day in the White House.
