According to the OSINT community “CyberBoroshno”, the strike targeted a site used by Russian forces to store missiles for surface-to-air systems. The facility was located on the grounds of a former dynamite warehouse that had reportedly been repurposed by Russian troops as a logistics storage area for air defense munitions.
The site is located at coordinates 48.101990, 39.670564, approximately 150 kilometers from the current front line, indicating the strike targeted infrastructure deep behind Russian positions.
Videos circulating online and footage published by monitoring channels show a large fire at the site followed by a prolonged series of detonations. In the recordings, multiple flashes and sparks appear in the sky as missiles detonate and fragments scatter across the area.
OSINT analysts identified the facility as a storage location for missiles used by Russian air defense systems.

Local monitoring channels also reported that the explosions were audible several kilometers away, with some footage showing rockets igniting and launching into the air during the secondary detonations.
The strike was also referenced by Andrii Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council, who confirmed that a Russian missile storage site in the occupied Luhansk region had been destroyed.
“A Russian missile storage site has been destroyed in the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk region,” Kovalenko said.

Dovzhansk—previously known as Sverdlovsk—has been under Russian occupation since 2014 and has been used as a rear logistics hub for Russian forces operating in eastern Ukraine. Facilities in the city have previously been used for ammunition storage and military supply distribution.
Earlier, Ukrainian military intelligence reported striking two Russian vessels used for military logistics across the Kerch Strait. According to Ukraine’s HUR, the railway ferry “Slavyanin” was disabled and the vessel “Avangard” damaged during the overnight operation on March 14.
