Ukraine Free to Use British Weapons in Kursk Incursion, Says UK

The British Ministry of Defence has confirmed that Ukrainian forces are permitted to use British weapons on Russian territory for self-defense. A spokesperson from the MoD stated that Ukraine has a "clear right of self-defense against Russia's illegal attacks," and this right includes conducting operations within Russia.

"We make clear during the gifting process that equipment is to be used in line with international law," the spokesperson added.

Sir Ben Wallace, the former Conservative defense secretary, has previously indicated that, with the exception of long-range Storm Shadow missiles, all UK-supplied weapons can be used within Russia.
