Ukraine Marks First Night Without Shahed Drone Attacks in 48 Days

Overnight on October 14, Ukraine experienced its first night without Shahed drones in 48 days, according to various monitoring channels.

Russian army launched a record number of daily Shahed drone attacks on Ukraine. During that month, a total of 1,339 drones were deployed by the Russian forces.

Earlier on October 9, Ukraine's Defense Forces successfully targeted a drone storage facility near the village of Oktyabrsky in Russia's Krasnodar region, where Iranian-made Shahed drones were reportedly stored. 

On October 1, military expert Ivan Kyrychevskyi noted that recent statistics have shown a significant increase in drone production, estimating that Russia has ramped up its output to around 4,700 Shahed drones annually based on current data.
