Ukrainian drone units recently struck several Russian military assets, destroying a high-value R-330Zh “Zhitel” electronic warfare (EW) system, worth an estimated $10 million, along with the Murom-M surveillance system in a series of targeted drone strikes near Kramatorsk, “Revenge” Offensive Brigade reported on May 14.

The attacks were carried out by the Phoenix UAV unit. Over a week, drone crews eliminated a wide range of Russian assets, systematically dismantling enemy logistics and battlefield electronics.

Among the confirmed targets:

  • R-330Zh “Zhitel” EW system — a critical platform designed to jam communications and GPS signals, particularly to neutralize Ukrainian drones;

  • Murom-M remote surveillance system — used for perimeter monitoring and early detection;

  • Two armored combat vehicles (unspecified type);

  • Four military transport trucks used for logistics;

  • Two anti-tank guided missile (ATGM) systems;

  • Two enemy vehicles, likely for personnel transport;

  • Two ammunition depots;

  • A separate surveillance camera tied into Russian observation systems.

Earlier, Ukrainian troops successfully targeted a similar Russian R-330Zh “Zhitel” electronic warfare (EW) system and a 152mm Msta-B howitzer in Russia’s Kursk region.
