Ukrainian Drones Destroy Two Russian “Uragan” Rocket Launchers in Just Four Days

Ukrainian border guards have reported the destruction of a second Russian BM-27 Uragan multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) in the Pokrovsk sector in less than a week.
According to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine on September 9, the strike was carried out by operators of the Phoenix FPV drone unit, who published footage of the engagement.
While targeting Russian infantry positions, the drone team identified the Uragan system on a roadway. “Nearby were a parked car and two motorcycles, with their passengers gathered around the equipment,” the Border Guard Service stated.
“It became clear the ‘Uragan’ was being prepared for use against Defense Forces positions. Without hesitation, the pilot directed the FPV drone straight at the MLRS, hitting so precisely that both the system and the nearby vehicles burned.”
Earlier on September 9, Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence Directorate reported striking two advanced Russian radar systems in occupied Crimea, destroying a 48Ya6-K1 Podlet and an RLM-M module of the 55Zh6M Nebo-M complex while they were being deployed.
