Ukrainian Drones Reportedly Destroy Major Ammunition Depot in Russia’s Rostov Region

An ammunition depot at the Kadamovsky training range in Russia’s Rostov region, one of the country’s largest military facilities, was reportedly struck in a recent attack by long-range drones from Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU), according to a source within the SBU to Hromadske.

Videos of explosions at the training ground were shared on social media.

Russian forces had been using the depot to supply their forces on the Kramatorsk front. According to the source, the attack completely destroyed it.

“The SBU continues to actively demilitarize Russia's rear areas, from which weapons are sent to the front lines,” the source told Hromadske.

“Drone strikes against the Russian military will continue.”

Previously, drones attacked the city of Millerovo in Russia’s Rostov region, where a key Russian military airfield is located, according to Andrii Kovalenko, head of Ukraine’s Center for Countering Disinformation on December 24.
