In the early hours of February 13, Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) drones have allegedly struck the Andreapol oil refinery in Russia’s Tver region for the second time in the last two weeks.

This was reported by Ukrinform, citing sources within the SBU.

“In the early hours of February 13, drones operated by Ukraine’s Security Service struck the Andreapol oil pumping station, a key component of the Baltic Pipeline System-2. The attack caused a fire in the area of the closed distribution unit and the boiler equipment storage facility. As a result, oil pumping operations at the station were temporarily halted,” the news agency’s source stated.

This marks the second drone attack by SBU on this facility. In the previous drone attack on January 29, the station’s filtration and pumping platform was damaged, along with additive tanks.

The strike forced Russian authorities to halt the main pipeline supplying oil to the Ust-Luga terminal in the Leningrad region

On the same night of February 13, Russian media, authorities, and local channels reported a large-scale drone attack on Lipetsk and the Lipetsk region, including the Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant.
