The Ukrainian eSports team NAVI (Natus Vincere) defeated the German team MOUZ in the finals of IEM Rio 2024 in Counter-Strike 2.
The match was played in a Best-of-Five (Bo5) format and ended with a 3-1 score. It started on Inferno, MOUZ’s chosen map, where NAVI struggled in the first half. However, after switching sides, NAVI made a strong comeback and won the game.

The tournament in Rio took place from October 7 to 13. 16 teams took part in the competition, playing among themselves for a ticket to IEM-2025 in Katowice, Poland.
NAVI's victory not only earned them $100,000 and a spot in IEM Katowice 2025 but also marked their sixth consecutive final appearance. This win brings them closer to their own record of seven consecutive finals set in 2021.
