Ukrainian Forces Destroy Rare Russian “Terminator” Combat Vehicle in Donetsk Region

The 79th Air Assault Brigade reported destroying a dozen Russian vehicles and a rare "Terminator" tank support combat vehicle in the Kurakhove direction, Donetsk region.

This was reported by the press service of the 79th Air Assault Brigade.

The Ukrainian soldiers repelled a massive assault of the Russian forces near the village of Kostiantynivka, where they used mechanized units with heavy equipment and maneuverable groups of infantrymen on motorcycles for rapid attacks.

As a result, the soldiers of the 79th Brigade eliminated 25 Russian personnel and injured 23 more. Nine armored vehicles, 2 tanks and 4 motorcycles were destroyed, and 2 more armored vehicles were damaged.

For this attack, the Russian forces used a rare tank support fighting vehicle "Terminator". Its main purpose is to support tanks and other armored fighting vehicles to suppress infantry with dense fire from automatic guns.

Earlier, on October 21, the Defense Forces of Ukraine destroyed a Buk-M3 air defense system of the Russian forces, which is valued at up to $50 million.
