Ukrainian Forces Repel Russian Assault With Cluster Munitions, Video

Ukrainian forces successfully repelled an assault last night as Russian troops attempted a direct attack on their positions, deploying two tanks and four infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs) with dismounted infantry.

Artillery from Ukraine’s 63rd Separate Mechanized Brigade delivered direct strikes on three Russian vehicles. Following this, Ukrainian pilots from the Ukrainian Air Force joined the operation, targeting the retreating Russian units.

The Russian infantry abandoned their vehicles and tried to escape, but units from Ukraine’s 45th and 53rd brigades stopped their attempts. The assault was repelled, all Russian vehicles were destroyed, and the soldiers were neutralized.
