HUR  reported successfully eliminating a Russian 48Ya6-K1 "Podlet" radar system near the village of Kotovske in western temporarily occupied Crimea, on November 28, 2024.

The mobile "Podlet" radar is used by Russian forces to detect low-altitude and extremely low-altitude aerial targets in challenging electronic countermeasure environments.

“The destroyed radar system, valued at approximately $5 million, was primarily designed to provide targeting data for the S-300 and S-400 air defense systems,” HUR wrote.

Previously, Ukrainian forces destroyed a rare Russian improvised rocket launcher, the RBU-6000 naval rocket launcher mounted on a land-based chassis, using FPV drones.
