The Ukrainian Shark drone played a pivotal role in the destruction of two Russian air defense systems, the Osa and the Strela-10, during combat operations in the Donetsk region.

This was reported by the Come Back Alive  Foundation on June 15, which provided these drones.

Operating as part of the 150th Reconnaissance and Strike Battalion, the drone detected the Russian surface-to-air systems and successfully destroyed them.

According to the Militarnyi outlet, the mission was performed in September.

The Shark drone is a Ukrainian UAV developed by the company Ukrspecsystems for deep reconnaissance, fire adjustment, and surveillance on the battlefield. It is actively used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces for operations in complex electronic warfare environments.

This year, the manufacturer introduced a new version of the Shark-M drone with several enhancements, including a record flight range of up to 420 km, along with an extended flight duration of up to 7 hours.

On June 14, the Ukrainian intelligence reported striking multiple Russian air defense systems in the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia region using drones, publishing a video of the operations.
