Video Released by Ukrainian Special Forces Highlights Combat Actions in Kursk Region, Russia

The Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine released a video showing ambushes, assaults, and taking prisoners during combat actions in Russia’s Kursk region.

It is noted that Russian servicemen are trying to hide in industrial zones, in equipped positions, and in civilian houses.

Soldiers of one of the units of the Special Operations Forces of Ukraine demonstrate part of their work identifying and destroying Russian forces.

On August 12, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy officially announced that Ukraine is carrying out an operation in the Kursk region.

Recent reports indicate that Ukraine is now in control of 82 settlements, covering around 1,150 km² of Russian territory. Zelenskyy also mentioned that hundreds of Russian soldiers have surrendered to Ukrainian forces.
