President Volodymyr Zelenskyy provided insights into Ukraine's missile program, hinting at a “long-range“ Neptune being produced and already used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Zelenskyy stated that during the presentation of Ukraine’s Resilience Plan in the Verkhovna Rada .

"Many are already familiar with our Ukrainian Neptunes, especially the Russians. But we have now developed 'long-range' Neptunes, and the name itself suggests their purpose," said President Zelenskyy, adding that "the first successful strikes have already taken place."

The President shared that the State is planning to expand domestic weapons production, targeting the manufacture of 30,000 long-range drones and 3,000 cruise missiles in 2024. Additionally, the “Neptune” missile program will be scaled up alongside initiatives to foster technological innovation.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed Ukraine’s Parliament on November 19, unveiling a ten-point Resilience Plan aimed at fortifying the country amidst ongoing Russian invasion.
