Zelenskyy: Ukraine Identifies Locations of Over 300 Children Illegally Taken to Russia

Ukraine’s Foreign Intelligence Service has identified the locations of more than 300 Ukrainian children who were illegally taken to Russia, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced on October 31.
According to Zelenskyy, intelligence officials have completed a task to locate the specific addresses where abducted Ukrainian children are being held. The list of names and addresses will be shared with Ukraine’s international partners.
“The first such list—more than 300 names and addresses of abducted children—will be on the desks of all leaders who are helping us,” Zelenskyy said in his evening address. He added that Ukraine continues “quiet diplomatic work” to secure the return of the children and counter Russian claims that it is unaware of their whereabouts.

As of October 2025, Ukraine has confirmed the illegal deportation of over 19,000 children from its territory to Russia since the start of the full-scale invasion.
The effort to return them involves not only Ukraine but also an International Coalition for the Return of Ukrainian Children, established last year and now joined by 41 countries and the Council of Europe.
Earlier, it was reported that The United States Senate is scheduled to hold hearings concerning the issue of Russia’s mass abduction of Ukrainian children.
