Daily Update: Russia Loses 1,370 Troops, 2 Tanks, and 58 Artillery Systems in One Day

Russian forces lost another 1,370 troops, two tanks, and 58 artillery systems over the past 24 hours, Ukraine’s General Staff reported on June 19.

According to the latest figures, Russia’s total estimated personnel losses since the start of the full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022, have reached approximately 1,389,420.

Ukraine’s military also reported the destruction of three armored combat vehicles, four multiple launch rocket systems, one air defense system, four ground robotic systems, 1,968 operational-tactical UAVs, four cruise missiles, 441 vehicles and fuel tankers, and three pieces of special equipment over the past day.

Overall Russian losses reported by Ukraine now include 12,040 tanks, 24,783 armored combat vehicles, 44,298 artillery systems, 1,881 multiple launch rocket systems, 1,432 air defense systems, 436 aircraft, 353 helicopters, 359,557 operational-tactical UAVs, 4,787 cruise missiles, 33 ships and boats, two submarines, 108,866 vehicles and fuel tankers, and 4,309 pieces of special equipment.

The General Staff added that 248 combat engagements were recorded along the front line over the past day.

Earlier, NATO officials estimated that Russia has suffered between 1.3 and 1.45 million total casualties, including approximately 500,000 deaths, since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
