Daily Update: Russia Loses 1,470 Troops, 6 MLRS, and 2 Air Defense Systems in One Day

Russian forces lost an estimated 1,470 troops, two tanks, and 48 artillery systems over the past 24 hours, Ukraine’s General Staff reported on August 10.
Russia’s total estimated personnel losses since launching its full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022, have now reached approximately 1,459,210.

Ukraine also reported the destruction of 13 armored combat vehicles, six multiple launch rocket systems, two air defense systems, 10 UGVs, 1,746 operational-tactical UAVs, 461 vehicles and fuel tankers, and six pieces of special equipment over the past day.
Russia’s cumulative equipment losses are estimated at 12,255 tanks, 25,116 armored combat vehicles, 47,669 artillery systems, 2,019 multiple launch rocket systems, 1,558 air defense systems, 439 aircraft, 354 helicopters, 2,181 UGVs, 452,994 operational-tactical UAVs, 5,007 cruise missiles, 35 ships and boats, two submarines, 132,236 vehicles and fuel tankers, and 4,511 pieces of special equipment.

Ukraine’s General Staff recorded 254 combat engagements between Ukrainian and Russian forces over the past 24 hours.
During the same period, Ukrainian aircraft, missile forces, and artillery struck seven areas where Russian personnel were concentrated, two ammunition depots, four command posts, and four UAV command-and-control sites.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Ukrainian drones inflicted 30,272 video-confirmed Russian personnel losses along the front in July.
