Russia Hits Civilian Enterprise in Kharkiv Region, Killing 2 and Injuring 22

Russian forces launched a missile strike on the city of Derhachi in Ukraine’s Kharkiv region on May 25, killing two people and injuring 22 others, the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported.

According to investigators, the Russian army struck the city during the day, hitting a civilian enterprise. Buildings belonging to nearby businesses were also damaged.
Authorities are still working to establish the full circumstances of the attack and clarify information about the injured.

The attack followed a recent massive Russian airstrike, when Russia struck Ukraine with 690 drones and missiles overnight on May 24, including a medium-range ballistic missile that likely hit the south of the Kyiv region.
The capital bore the brunt of the attack, with two killed, 91 injured, and damage reported at more than 300 sites.
