Ukrainian Drones Hit Two Russian Military Units in Bryansk Region, Satellite Images Show

Ukrainian drones struck buildings at two Russian military units in the city of Pochep in Russia’s Bryansk region, with satellite imagery showing damage at both facilities following the September 22 attack.

According to Militarnyi on September 30, analysts from the Exilenova+ group published satellite images showing the aftermath of the strikes at military units 14370 and 23857.

One drone reportedly hit a building inside military unit 14370, which houses Russia’s 1032nd Separate Logistics Battalion.
Satellite imagery released by Exilenova+ shows visible damage to one of the buildings within the unit’s compound following the September 22 strike.
A second drone struck a hangar at military unit 23857, according to the report. The facility is used by Russia’s 856th Guards Self-Propelled Artillery Regiment, which is also based in Pochep.
The extent of the damage to equipment or personnel at either facility was not immediately clear.
Ukrainian forces have also targeted Russian air-defense assets in the Bryansk region. Earlier in September, a launcher belonging to Russia’s S-400 Triumf air-defense system was reported destroyed in the region.
