Ukrainian Drones Strike Russian Drone Tech Hub, Wildberries Center

Ukrainian drones carried out overnight strikes on targets in Russia's Belgorod and Vladimir regions on August 3, hitting a university reportedly involved in drone technology development and a major logistics facility.
Local outlet Pepel reported that several drones struck the Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov during a large-scale attack on Belgorod. The strikes reportedly ignited a major fire, destroying one of the university's buildings.

According to The Moscow Times, the destroyed facility had been used to develop and test an automated drone control system based on the Russian-made Milandr microprocessor.
The outlet also noted that the university had recently opened enrollment for summer programs teaching schoolchildren drone development.

In Russia’s Vladimir region, Governor Alexander Avdeev said drones also attacked what he described as a “warehouse complex.”
“People have been evacuated. Emergency services are working at the scene,” Avdeev wrote on Telegram.

According to the monitoring channel Exilenova+, the target was the Wildberries logistics center in the village of Vorsha, Vladimir region. The logistics complex covers 171,900 square meters.
The facility is one of the company's largest logistics hubs and plays a key role in distributing goods between the Moscow region and the central, northwestern, and northern parts of European Russia.

Just a day earlier, Ukrainian drones targeted a key Wildberries logistics center in Russia's Samara region during overnight strikes on August 2, hitting what Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces Commander Robert “Madyar” Brovdi described as the company's primary logistics corridor linking European Russia with Siberia.
According to Brovdi and footage shared by Exilenova+, the strike hit the Wildberries logistics complex in Novosemeykino, northwest of Samara. Wildberries later acknowledged the attack, stating that no casualties had been reported.
