The base is located on the Caspian Sea and is used by Russia’s naval forces for operations involving missile-capable vessels.

The same night, Ukrainian forces also struck the Ryazan oil refinery in Russia’s Ryazan region. A large fire was recorded on the territory of the facility.

The Ryazan refinery is one of Russia’s largest oil-processing plants, with an annual capacity of roughly 17 million tons of crude oil. It produces gasoline, diesel fuel, and jet fuel, including supplies used to support Russian occupation forces.

Ukraine also reported strikes against several Russian military logistics and support sites in temporarily occupied territories.

In the temporarily occupied Luhansk region, Ukrainian forces hit ammunition depots near Yepifanivka and Rovenky, as well as a material and technical supply warehouse in Raihorodka.

In the temporarily occupied Donetsk region, Ukrainian strikes reportedly targeted an electronic warfare equipment depot in Dmytrivka.

The General Staff also confirmed strikes in occupied Mariupol, where Ukrainian forces hit an MR-232 Bussol-S radar station and an electro-optical module at a coastal technical reconnaissance post operated by Russia’s FSB.

A fuel and lubricants depot in occupied Mariupol was also struck.

Earlier, Operators from Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed a Russian Be-200 amphibious aircraft and struck a Ka-27 helicopter during a drone attack on the military airfield in Yeysk.
