According to Bloomberg on October 18, Zelenskyy confirmed during an interview with NBC’s Meet the Press that intelligence cooperation between Washington and Kyiv was functioning again after being suspended for a period of time.
The Ukrainian president also expressed hope that further negotiations with US officials could take place during the coming week.
The announcement follows reports that Ukraine had experienced interruptions in receiving intelligence concerning Russian ballistic missile launches.

Ukrainian officials previously reported that advance warning information about incoming ballistic missiles had been unavailable for several days, raising concerns about the flow of intelligence used to identify potential aerial threats.
The intelligence disruptions coincided with separate restrictions affecting Ukraine’s military satellite communications.
Ukraine’s Defense Ministry previously confirmed that SpaceX had introduced limitations on Starshield terminals, the military-oriented version of Starlink, without prior notification or coordination with Ukrainian authorities.
The restrictions affected connectivity for certain Ukrainian military systems and unmanned platforms.
