Elektrodetal is a key supplier to Russia’s defense industry, producing components for more than 1,500 enterprises within the country’s military-industrial complex. It is part of the Radioelectronic Technologies holding under the state-owned Rostec corporation.
The facility manufactures more than 25,000 types of electrical connectors used in aerospace, defense, electronics, and instrumentation. It is also directly involved in producing Khimera FPV drones.

Russian sources describe Elektrodetal as one of the leading plants in the nation’s radioelectronics sector. The plant is already subject to US and Ukrainian sanctions for its role in supporting Moscow’s war effort.
Earlier, a major fertilizer plant, linked to explosives supply, operated by EuroChem in Russia’s Krasnodar region, suspended operations after a drone strike.
