EXCLUSIVE: Leaked Documents Contain Potential Evidence of Child Abuse Involving Russian Officer Fighting in Ukraine

Photographs, messages, and an audio recording recovered from the phone of Aleksei Bibartsev, a Russian soldier with the call sign “Voron” (the Crow), are being cited by a source from the Ukrainian interlligence as evidence of alleged incestuous and pedophilic abuse involving his two daughters, aged 9 and 15, as well as his efforts to find a woman willing to join them.
Aleksei Bibartsev is a 44-year-old Russian soldier, born in Ukraine’s Berdiansk, Zaporizhzhia region, on September 4, 1981. While information about his career in the Russian army is limited, leaked documents indicate that he now serves in Unit No. 34499, holds the rank of lieutenant, and serves as deputy commander for armaments in the Russian 4th Rifle Battalion, 116th Separate Rifle Regiment.

This battalion is a part of the 1st Army Corps, 8th Combined Arms Army, from the Russian Southern Military District, which is involved in the war against Ukraine.
In an audio message we got access to, Bibartsev addressed a woman he calls “Maria”, and describes living with two underage daughters (aged 9 and 15) following a divorce, and makes statements that amount to admissions of illegal sexual abuse involving minors.

“Can you tell me, Maria, do you know any single women with children who would like to start an incest family? I have been divorced for six years and have been living with my two daughters, who stayed with me. They are 15 and 9 years old. But we have mutual affection, without penetration so far,” Bibartsev said.
The same message also reads as an attempt to find a woman with a child who would join a “family” arrangement centered on that abuse.
“That is, we wanted to create a family with a woman like that. So, on the same topic, in short, without complexes,” Bibartsev said.
A UNITED24 Media source in Ukrainian intelligence provided four photographs showing Bibartsev kissing two underage girls, believed to be his daughters, aged 9 and 15.

The leak also includes chat fragments in which Bibartsev represents himself as a Russian national “on a combat task here [in Ukraine].”
Other messages suggested that he was arranging access to closed “incest and cookies” chat groups and discussing payments.

Bibartsev’s story is not an isolated case; sexual abuses in Russian military ranks have already been recorded multiple times. A 37-year-old Russian soldier has been accused of imprisoning and sexually assaulting a local woman during the occupation of the Kherson region. The suspect has been identified as Zunel Bratov, a serviceman of the 25th Separate Guards Regiment of the Russian Armed Forces.
In a separate incident, Ukrainian law enforcement authorities identified a Russian soldier accused of organizing the forced deportation of a resident of the Izyum region to Belgorod, where she was allegedly held captive, assaulted, and abused for over a year.

During the Russian occupation of the Izyum district in 2022, the suspect, a serviceman from the 1st Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 2nd Motorized Rifle Division within Russia’s Western Military District, forced a 21-year-old woman into non-consensual acts under the threat of a firearm. The following year, he reportedly repeated the offense, using additional threats directed at the victim and her family.
Bibartsev is believed to live in the occupied Donetsk, at Revyakina Street, building 39, and married a woman from the temporarily occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region in 2023.
Earlier, in the occupied city of Yenakiieve, Donetsk region, 32-year-old Alexey Ch., a native of the Russian Sverdlovsk region, who had previously served time for sexual assault and was recruited to fight in the war against Ukraine, allegedly raped and killed a 9-year-old girl.
Due to the sensitive nature of the topic, we cannot disclose—and were unable to independently verify—the exact procedure used to obtain the materials referenced in this article.
