Ukraine’s General Staff reported its forces struck a launcher of a Russian S-300VM air defense missile system, drone control points, and concentrations of Russian forces and equipment in a series of overnight attacks, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on February 18.

The General Staff stated that the strikes were part of ongoing efforts to reduce Russia’s offensive potential by targeting key military facilities on Russian-held territory and in temporarily occupied areas of Ukraine.

The General Staff said that overnight into February 18, Ukrainian forces struck:

The General Staff stated that on February 17, Ukrainian forces struck a launcher of a Russian S-300VM air defense missile system near temporarily occupied Mariupol in Donetsk region.

The General Staff also added that Russian drone control points were also struck near Salne in Russia’s Kursk region and near Rodynske in the Donetsk region.

Earlier, it was reported that Ukrainian special operations units used FP-2 drones to strike rear infrastructure in occupied territory, damaging an Iskander-related storage site and a remote piloting point tied to Russia’s “Rubikon” drone unit.
