Ukraine’s Drones Wipe Out $60 Million in Russian Air-Defense Systems in Just Three Days

Ukraine’s Drone Systems Forces have reported the destruction of three Russian air-defense systems within a three-day span, with their combined value estimated at $60 million.
According to the Forces’ Telegram channel, operators from the Asgard Battalion of the 412th Nemesis Brigade, in coordinated action with the 12th Special Purpose Center and the HUR special unit “Kabul 9,” successfully targeted and destroyed three high-value Russian SAM systems.

The strikes eliminated a Buk-M1, a Buk-M2, and a Tor-M2 system. Together, these complexes represent some of the most expensive and strategically important assets within Russia’s layered air-defense architecture.
As noted in the report, these systems are described as key components of Russia’s air-defense network at operational and tactical depths, and their elimination significantly degrades the enemy’s ability to protect critical areas and strategic sites.
Meanwhile, Ukraine’s Special Operations Forces (SSO) say operators from the 3rd Brigade eliminated a four-man Russian sabotage and reconnaissance group that attempted to break into the frontline city of Pokrovsk.
According to the SSO, the Russian unit tried to enter a high-rise building to prepare for another advance deeper into the city. Ukrainian special operators monitored their approach and set up an ambush along the path.
The SSO reported that the assault was carried out with “coordinated, precise” action, resulting in all four members of the Russian infiltration team being killed.
Earlier, in the city of Kostyantynivka in Donetsk region, Ukrainian drone-interceptor units shot down a Russian Molniya UAV that had been circling residential areas and tracking civilians.
