Keith Kellogg to Present Trump’s Plan for Ending War in Ukraine at Munich Conference

US Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg announced that he will attend this year’s Munich Security Conference to present Donald Trump’s plans for ending the Russia-Ukraine war.
He shared this update on X on February 5.

“Pleased to announce my participation in the 2025 Munich Security Conference. As the US President's Special Envoy for Russia and Ukraine, I look forward to speaking about Donald Trump's goal to end the bloody and costly war in Ukraine. I’ll meet with America’s allies who are ready to work with us,” the message reads.
The Munich Security Conference will take place from February 14 to 16, a week before Germany’s federal elections.
Held in Munich, Bavaria, the conference has been an annual event since 1963, with rare exceptions. It is widely regarded as the world’s most influential gathering of security policy experts.
It was previously reported that Keith Kellogg is expected to arrive in Ukraine soon after February 11. This was reported by several sources from Ukrainian and American political circles, as cited by Radio NV.
