Moscow TV Host Claims British Blood “Must Be Spilled” for Killing Russian Commanders

The Kremlin has claimed that British intelligence agencies allegedly supplied the explosives used in recent attacks on Russian military officials. These allegations were voiced during a broadcast on Russian state-controlled television, which also included threats of British blood “must be spilled.”
This was reported by the Daily Star on April 30, citing Vladimir Solovyov’s program on Russia-1 state channel.
The accusations specifically reference the death of the Russian General Yaroslav Moskalik, a 59-year-old commander who selected targets for strikes on Ukraine. Last week, he was killed in a car explosion near his home outside Moscow.
The same program also mentioned the death of Lieutenant-General Igor Kirillov, 54, a prominent expert in chemical and biological warfare, who was killed by a bomb last December, and Yevgeny Rytikov, 34, an electronic warfare specialist, who met his end in Bryansk on April 25.

Solovyov accused Britain of supplying the explosives used in recent attacks and questioned the origin of the materials during a discussion with munitions expert Andrei Klintsevich.
Klintsevich, without presenting any evidence, stated: “It’s all British, imported by the ton. We understand that someone is creating a network of planted explosives and transporting them.”
The host then made an accusation, declaring: “When we say that British intelligence services are behind every terrorist attack, it means that the blood of those British individuals who authorize killings on Russian soil must be spilled.”
Solovyov concluded his show with a warning directed at British intelligence agents. He ominously cautioned, “If these factories blow up, along with the headquarters of the intelligence agencies that approved the terrorist attacks, they should not be surprised.”
On April 28, Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky thanked the country’s intelligence for “the liquidation of individuals from the top command of the Russian armed forces.”
“Justice inevitably comes,” Zelensky said.
