Robotyne in Ruins After Russian Attacks

Defense Forces of Ukraine's South have released a video showing the complete destruction of Robotyne, a village near Zaporizhzhia. The population was forced to flee as relentless Russian shelling left not a single building intact.

This is what Robotyne looks like now, which cannot even be called a settlement because there is no population... Fleeing from Russians, people were forced to leave, because not a single house remained.

Robotyne, once home to 500 people, was occupied by Russia in March 2022 and liberated by Ukrainian forces after heavy fighting. It has been under constant Russian shelling for over 8 months.

This mirrors the destruction of other Ukrainian cities like Mariinka and Avdiivka, suggesting a Russian tactic of razing settlements to claim 'victories'.

Ukraine's Commander-in-Chief reports the Eastern front is facing a severe Russian offensive with intensifying armored attacks. President Zelenskyy warns of a major Russian offensive in May or June and highlights Ukraine's urgent need for artillery, ammunition, and air defense systems to counter Russian firepower.
