Russia Bombed an Orphanage and Children’s Rehabilitation Center in Sumy, Ukraine

Russian forces attacked Sumy on September 1, targeted a residential area with a rocket, damaging facilities that house a center for social and psychological rehabilitation of children, an orphanage, and several apartment buildings, according to the Head of Sumy City Military Administration Oleksiy Drozdenko.
According to new reports, 18 people were injured, including 6 children. Among them a boy aged seven and a girl aged 13.

According to the prosecutor’s office, no children were present at the institution during the attack.
