Russia Strikes Kharkiv, Injuring At Least 12 People

In the afternoon of November 19, Russian forces launched an attack on the Kyivskyi District, Kharkiv, the Head of Kharkiv’s Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reports.

According to current data, at least 9 people were injured.

In the last week, Russia has intensified its strikes on civilian infrastructure, targeting residential buildings.

Overnight on November 18, Russian forces launched an assault on a dormitory in Hlukhiv, Sumy region, killing 12 people, including a child, and injuring 11, with 2 children among the wounded.

Additionally, Russia launched a missile attack on Odesa, killing at least 10 people and injuring 47, including a child, on November 18.
