Russian Forces Bomb Central Kramatorsk in Ukraine—Killed and Injured as Building Torn in Two

Russian troops struck the center of Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region shortly after 2:00 p.m., according to Oleksandr Honcharenko, head of the city’s military administration.
“Kramatorsk has been hit—the central part of the city,” Honcharenko reported, later confirming that there were casualties.
Donetsk Regional Military Administration head Vadym Filashkin later stated that at 2:15 p.m., Russian forces dropped an aerial bomb on a residential high-rise in Kramatorsk.
"One person is confirmed dead, and eleven others have been injured. There may still be people trapped under the rubble. Local authorities, police units, and emergency services are working at the scene. All the injured have received qualified medical assistance," said Filashkin.

According to him, the strike hit a five-story apartment building, destroying half of it completely. One of the injured is in critical condition.
All emergency services are currently operating on-site. Filashkin once again urged residents to evacuate the area.
Earlier on July 24, Russian forces attacked Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region, dropping four bombs and shelling the city with artillery. Two people were killed, and more than 10 others were injured.
