Russian Iskander Missile Strike Hits Ukrainian Military Training Ground, Casualties Confirmed

Russian forces carried out a combined strike on the territory of one of the Ukrainian Army’s training units on September 24. According to the command, the attack included two Iskander ballistic missiles.
Despite safety measures, a direct hit on a shelter resulted in casualties among personnel. Emergency services are operating on site, and the wounded are receiving urgent medical assistance.
The command stressed that work is ongoing to equip training centers, ranges, and other military facilities with reliable shelters to protect service members. Additional security measures are also being implemented to mitigate risks during missile and air attacks.

On the same night, Kharkiv came under a massive strike drone assault. Russian forces launched 18 drones at the city, with the main strike hitting an energy infrastructure facility. The attack caused power outages across several districts and disrupted public electric transport services.
Earlier, it was reported that Russia moved over 1,300 tons of ammunition to Belarus earlier this month.
The transfers were conducted by two separate military trains between September 1 and 17, coinciding with the joint Russian-Belarusian “Zapad-2025” exercises. However, the report emphasized that the shipments were not directly connected to the drills.
