As a result of Russia’s missile strike on Lviv on September 4, a mother and 3 daughters were killed, leaving only the father alive.
The wife, Yevheniia, and their 3 daughters, Yaryna, Daryna and Emiliia, were killed in their own home.
This was reported by Lviv’s Mayor, Andrii Sadovyi.
“Yaryna Bazylevych is the one standing behind. The girl was 21 years old. She worked in our office ‘Lviv European Youth Capital 2025.’ In the center of Europe, Russia exterminates whole families of Ukrainians. Russians are killing our children, our future,” Sadovyi wrote. “I don't know what words to use to support the father, Yaroslav. Today we are all with you.”
On September 4, Russia launched a missile attack on Lviv, Ukraine. A series of explosions occurred in the city during an air raid warning, causing significant damage to residential buildings and killing at least 7 people, including 3 children, and injuring 47.
