Russia conducted a deadly strike on Kherson and the region, killing at least three civilians and injuring two others, including elderly women, according to regional governor Oleksandr Prokudin on June 26.
In addition, Kherson City Military Administration reported that Russian forces struck multiple locations across the Kherson region using FPV drones, artillery, and air-dropped bombs.
“Yesterday, Russian troops killed two residents of the Kherson region,” Prokudin wrote on Telegram.
In the village of Chervonyi Maiak, a 55-year-old man was targeted and killed by a Russian FPV drone. In another attack, Russian forces shelled an agricultural enterprise in the village of Sofiyivka, killing a 38-year-old employee.
Later that day, a 37-year-old man was killed in a Russian airstrike on the village of Tavriyske, located in the Bilozerka district.

On June 26, Russian forces shelled the Korabelnyi district of Kherson, where a 71-year-old woman sustained a concussion and multiple blast-related injuries, including a closed head trauma.
Local authorities later reported another casualty. Around 6:30 a.m., Russian forces struck the Dnipro district of Kherson, injuring a 64-year-old woman. She suffered a blast injury and shrapnel wounds to the head and arm. The woman was hospitalized, and doctors assessed her condition as stable.
