Satelite imagery reveals no damage to Russian ammunition depot in Volgograd Region

Satellite image showing that a missile and artillery weapons depot near the village of Kotluban in Russia’s Volgograd region was not hit was released by Ukrainian outlet Radio Liberty on September 29.

The satellite image reveals that while a fire broke out near the main missile and artillery depot following a Ukrainian drone strike, but the blaze did not spread to the ammunition storage area.

Earlier, the General Staff of Ukraine reported that on night of September 29, Ukrainian Armed Forces targeted a storage and modernization facility for missile and artillery weapons used by Russian forces near Kotluban, where an echelon with Iranian missiles had arrived the day before.
