The next Ramstein format meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group will take place on February 12, this time under the leadership of the United Kingdom instead of the United States, according to sources cited by Radio Svoboda on February 5.
During the previous Ramstein-format meeting, Ukraine’s partners agreed on plans to support the country’s defense capabilities through 2027. This will involve balancing Ukraine's immediate wartime needs with its future force requirements through a combination of national donations, procurements, investments, and efforts to expand defense industrial capacity.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that the Ramstein Format meetings will continue, with the next session already scheduled for February.
