Ukrainian Air Force Unveils New Photos of F-16 Fighter Pilot Simulator

The Ukrainian Air Force has shown the F-16 fighter pilot simulator, which was donated by the Czech Republic in early May.

It is located with one of the tactical aviation brigades. Pilots use it to practice combat missions, including scenarios for repelling Russian missile attacks, the Ukrainian Air Force stated.

It is expected that the first F-16 aircraft will arrive in Ukraine with trained pilots and technical personnel this autumn.

On April 30th, Danish Ambassador to Ukraine Ole Egberg Mikkelsen announced that Danish F-16 fighter jets will arrive in Ukraine this summer. He added that pilots and ground crews are undergoing training for their use. In addition to Denmark, the Dutch Defense Minister Kajsa Ollongren stated that the Netherlands also plan to begin sending F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine.
