Ukrainian Precision Drone Attack Wipes Out Russian BM-27 Uragan Rocket System in Zaporizhzhia Region

Ukrainian elite reconnaissance unit Kabul 9 successfully destroyed a Russian BM-27 Uragan multiple rocket launcher in the Zaporizhzhia region, HUR  reported on December 3.

“Destroyed the Uragan, burned UAZ vehicles—our mission to eliminate enemy targets continues,” the HUR stated.

Using FPV attack drones, Ukrainian forces targeted Russian transport vehicles deep behind enemy lines. The Uragan system was located while moving along a dirt road toward its combat position.

A drone operator from Kabul 9 struck the BM-27's warhead on the first attempt, causing the ammunition to detonate, completely destroying the launcher.

Earlier, Ukrainian forces successfully repelled a Russian tank assault on the Kurakhove front, with the 130th separate territorial defense battalion taking down a Russian armored column attempting to breach defensive positions.
