U.S.-Russia Peace Plan Allegedly Suggests Three Stages: Ceasefire, Elections and Final Agreement

The American journalist and Senior White House Correspondent for Fox News, Jacqui Heinrich, posted the alleged U.S.-Russia three-stage peace proposal, citing foreign diplomatic sources.
According to Heinrich, the plan involves a ceasefire followed by elections in Ukraine, leading to a final peace agreement.
“Putin assesses the probability of electing a puppet president as quite high and is also convinced that any candidate other than the current President of Ukraine will be more flexible and ready for negotiations and concessions,” Heinrich cites anonymous foreign diplomatic sources from the Ukrainian side.
“In turn, Donald Trump is ready to accept any election result, including the possibility of election of a pro-Russian puppet. Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin consider the chances of the current President of Ukraine being re-elected as low.”

The White House has yet to comment on the alleged peace plan.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reiterated that Ukraine will not recognize any agreements made without its participation, calling such negotiations meaningless.
In an interview released on February 18, Zelenskyy stated that the U.S. appears eager to appease Putin by seeking a swift resolution to Russia’s war against Ukraine, which could create a situation reminiscent of Afghanistan in 2021.
