Zelenskyy: Ghana Interested in Financing Ukraine’s Drone Technologies

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, following a phone conversation with Ghanaian President John Dramani Mahama, stated that Ghana is interested in Ukrainian technologies, particularly the production of various types of drones.
He shared this information via X on July 11.
“Ghana is also interested in our technologies, the production of various types of drones, and the experience Ukraine has gained during this war. Ghana is ready to finance our production, and we are ready to help our partners secure their borders,” Zelenskyy said.
The two leaders also discussed expanding cooperation in agriculture. According to Zelenskyy, Ukraine and Ghana are exploring the creation of a food logistics hub in West Africa.

“We share a mutual interest in developing bilateral cooperation. We discussed areas where we can already deepen our partnership, first and foremost in the agro-industrial sector and the creation of a food logistics hub in Ghana,” the President added.
Zelenskyy also invited President Mahama to visit Ukraine.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a phone call with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer to coordinate diplomatic positions and outline joint expectations ahead of the upcoming Coalition of the Willing summit in Rome.
