Zelenskyy confirmed that the head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak is stepping down and said the Cabinet and parliament must now approve the state budget, appoint new ministers of energy and justice, and review the performance of all sitting ministers.
He added that the Security Service of Ukraine will conduct a regional assessment following “a lot of negativity” coming from local administrations. On the military front, Zelenskyy acknowledged ongoing problems and said Ukraine will introduce a fairer distribution of personnel across brigades.

The President also announced that Ukraine’s delegation to negotiations with the US will include the Chief of the General Staff, the National Security and Defense Council secretary, and representatives from the Foreign Ministry and intelligence services.
“We have no right to step back or fall into discord,” Zelenskyy said.
Previously, Volodymyr Zelenskyy used a welcome address to the Coalition of the Willing to thank partner countries for their support and urge them to maintain full-scale security assistance to Kyiv, while advancing a Geneva-developed framework for future steps.
