Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will present his victory plan to the Ukrainian Parliament on Wednesday, October 16, although not in its entirety.

Mykhailo Podoliak, an advisor to the President's Office, explained during the national television marathon that the plan includes appendices that will not be publicly discussed.

"There are appendices that will definitely not be open for public discussion. This pertains to the mathematical aspects, such as the quantity and type of weaponry that needs to be provided to Ukraine," he said.

Podoliak emphasized that the victory plan is underpinned by a clear mathematical rationale.

Andrii Yermak, head of the President's Office, indicated that Ukraine plans to hold thematic conferences on each aspect of the plan by the end of October. He also noted that at the beginning of November, based on the approved documents, a comprehensive plan could be developed that outlines all details.

It was reported that the United States has reviewed Ukraine's victory plan and identified "a number of productive steps," according to US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller during an October 2 briefing.

It was reported earlier that in recent weeks, Ukrainian President had presented his Victory Plan to US President Joe Biden, as well as to other allies, including the President of France, the Chancellor of Germany, and the Prime Ministers of Britain and Italy.
