Partisans from the ATESH movement say they disabled electrical equipment supporting a Russian military-industrial facility that produces solid rocket fuel for multiple-launch rocket systems and aviation weapons in the Rostov region.

The sabotage targeted electrical infrastructure at the Kamensky Plant in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, according to ATESH on October 29.

According to the movement, the facility supports production of solid rocket propellant used for Russia’s Uragan, Smerch, and Tornado-S multiple-launch rocket systems, as well as other missile and aviation applications.

ATESH said damage to a power distribution node created localized disruptions at the plant and will require repair work before normal operations can resume.

“Such incidents inevitably cause disruptions in production chains and force plant specialists to carry out restoration work instead of producing goods,” the partisans said.

The group said targeted sabotage against rear-area infrastructure can also complicate logistics and disrupt the work of facilities directly involved in supplying the Russian military.

“We continue to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in rear infrastructure that works for the war,” ATESH said.

Earlier, agents of the ATESH partisan movement sabotaged Russian military communications around IXcellerate, one of Moscow’s largest commercial data centers, in an effort to disrupt air-defense coordination and help Ukrainian drones reach their targets.
