Ukraine Targets Russia’s War Supplies, Troops, and Equipment Across Three Regions

Ukrainian forces struck Russian ammunition depots, supply depots, and concentrations of troops and equipment across the Luhansk, Donetsk, and Zaporizhzhia regions, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced on October 27.

The General Staff reported in a Facebook post that Defense Forces units carried out the strikes on October 26 and during the night of October 27. It listed the following targets:
Russian ammunition depots near Diakove in the Luhansk region and near Ohorodnie in the Donetsk region;
a concentration of Russian weapons and military equipment near Krasnohorivka in the Donetsk region;
materiel and supply depots in the areas of Luhansk, Antratsyt, and Tymonove in the Luhansk region;
concentrations of Russian personnel near Lahidne and Antratsyt in the Luhansk region, and near Novopetrivka in the Zaporizhzhia region.
"The destruction of ammunition reduces the enemy's firepower at the front," the General Staff stated. It added that the loss of stockpiled supplies "hampers the enemy's ability to supply its units."
The General Staff declared that operations against key Russian military targets would continue until Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine ends completely. The post did not provide figures on the damage inflicted or the casualties caused.

The latest strikes follow a similar wave a week earlier, carried out on October 19 and overnight into October 20 across the same three regions. Ukrainian forces then hit a Russian command post near Fedorivka in the Zaporizhzhia region, a military repair unit near Kalmiuske in the Donetsk region, and logistics depots near Kripenskyi, Rivnopil, and Lahidne.
Earlier in October, strikes targeted another repair unit near Chystiakove, a logistics warehouse near Makiivka, and a storage facility near Horodyshche.
