Breaking: Ukraine Evacuates 48 Nationals from Gaza, Including Women and Children

Under President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s orders, Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Department of International Affairs successfully evacuated 48 Ukrainian nationals, including 14 women and 16 children, alongside 9 Palestinians (members of Ukrainian families) from Gaza. The operation took place in active combat zones, Ukrainian Military of Foreign Affairs wrote in a post on X on September 30.
Two evacuees, a 26-year-old Ukrainian and a 58-year-old Palestinian, sustained injuries during the evacuation but received medical assistance from Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (HUR) specialists. The group has since arrived in Chișinău, where they will continue their journey home.

The Ukrainian government expressed gratitude to Israel, Jordan, and Moldova for their vital support with logistics and transit arrangements, ensuring the safe return of the evacuees.
Previously, it was reported that the HUR, in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has successfully evacuated 31 Ukrainian citizens from Iran, according to the Defense Intelligence.
