A series of Ukrainian strike drones hit an oil storage facility near the Likhovskaya railway station in Russia’s Rostov region, according to the monitoring group Exilenova+ on November 10.
The attack reportedly targeted an area adjacent to the Likhovskaya station, a critical hub on the Moscow–Rostov-on-Don railway line, which also connects to Volgograd.

The junction handles heavy rail traffic and has significant shunting and logistics capacity, making it a key node for Russian military transport operations in southern Russia.
Local residents reported explosions and shared videos appearing to show fires near large fuel reservoirs belonging to RN-Rostovnefteprodukt, operator of the Likhovskaya oil depot.
The facility has a total storage capacity of 26,400 cubic meters, according to open-source data.
While Russian officials have not confirmed the damage, footage published online indicates the oil depot may have been the primary target of the strike.
Earlier, sea drones attacked the Russian Black Sea port of Tuapse overnight, likely damaging one of the harbor’s piers.
