Four Dead, Dozens Injured After Russia Launches Ballistic Missile at Dnipro

A Russian ballistic missile strike on the city of Dnipro killed four people and wounded 40 more, according to the acting head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Administration, Vladyslav Haivanenko, who shared the first images of the aftermath on December 1.

“There are already four dead in Dnipro. My sincere condolences to their loved ones… There are 22 wounded. Doctors are providing all necessary medical care,” he said, offering condolences to the victims’ families.
UPD. As of 2:40 p.m., the number of injured people increased to 40, 11 of them are in critical condition, Haivanenko wrote.

Emergency crews remain on-site as rescue operations continue. Early reports indicate that an auto repair station and several industrial facilities were damaged in the strike.

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council later confirmed that Russia struck the city with a ballistic missile and released photos showing the destruction left behind.
Earlier, on the night of November 29–30, 2025, a Russian drone attack struck residential and industrial areas of Vyshhorod, a city in the Kyiv region, killing one person and injuring at least 19 others, including four children.
The attack caused significant damage to a multi-story residential building, private homes, parked vehicles, and a local industrial facility.
